Intake & assessment

Full decontamination wash. Paint depth readings taken across every panel with a calibrated gauge. Defects are logged by severity, including swirls, scratches, and oxidation, per panel.

Protocol design

Your paint system dictates the approach, not the other way around. Compound chemistry, pad selection, machine speed, and number of passes are chosen based on clear coat hardness and condition.

Correction & refinement

Multi-stage machine polishing guided by before and after depth readings. Microscope verification is used on critical panels. The process is methodical, never rushed.

Protection & dossier

Ceramic coating or sealant is applied under controlled conditions. You receive a full dossier with paint depth readings, defect log, products used, and a maintenance schedule tailored to your coating.
